The MG Midget; a charming and affordable British sports car, embodies the essence of classic open-top motoring. A development of the Austin-Healey Sprite, the Midget had already built a reputation for being lightweight, nimble, and fun to drive. By 1970, the model was in its second generation (MKII), featuring improvements in performance and comfort while maintaining its simple, driver-focused character. It was powered by a 1,275cc A-Series engine, producing around 65bhp, which, while modest, was enough to provide lively performance due to the car's low kerb weight.

With a new body fitted in 2005 by a previous keeper, the car has been used very little since then, covering just over 1,300 miles in the 20 years since. The Midget comes fresh from around one year ownership with our vendor, it also comes with a current MOT valid until 01.08.2025.
