Ferrari 328 GTB Left hand drive non abs version

The car entered production on 19th September 1987 and was completed a few days later, finished in Rosso Corsa 300/6 with beige 4218 leather and Bordeaux carpets. It was additionally optioned with air conditioning. Upon completion, the car was delivered to the Belgian concessionaire, Garage Francorchamps, where it was first registered on 17th October 1986 to Mr. P.L. of Brussels, a business partner of Jacques Swaters at Garage Francorchamps.
The car passed through the ownership of two more individuals in the Netherlands before being purchased by Mr. A.S., who was working in the Netherlands at the time. Mr. S then brought the car back to the UK, where it was first registered on 1st July 2010 to Mr. A.S. of North Yorkshire. The original km/h speedometer reading of 117,768 km (73,605 miles) was replaced with an mph unit by Gemini Cars of Rotherham (Invoice number 2140) on 24th June 2010, and the original unit was retained with the car.
The car was purchased by the current owner, Mr. H.S. of Kent, on 22nd August 2022. It was immediately taken to Rardley Motors for inspection and servicing. A leak-down test confirmed that the engine was in good condition. A full service was carried out, including checking and adjusting the valve clearances, replacing the camshaft oil seals, and fitting new camshaft drive belts. Coolant hoses showing signs of aging were also replaced. A total of £8,500 was invoiced in October 2022. The following June, the car returned for bodywork and paint improvements, as well as wheel refurbishment, which cost an additional £4,000.
In August 2023, further work was carried out, including replacing the exhaust, fuel pipes, engine mounts, rebushing the suspension, overhauling the shock absorbers, replacing the brake pads, fitting new brake hoses, and servicing the air conditioning. A total of £8,255 was spent on these items. The car then returned to Rardley Motors, where a new clutch and flywheel were fitted in August 2023 following the failure of the rear main oil seal, which had contaminated the clutch (£4,385).
In August 2024, four Michelin Pilot Sport tires were fitted. The original mph speedometer failed and could not be repaired, so a new unit was installed on 5th October 2023, showing a reading of 2,966 miles. Both the original km/h speedometer and the failed mph speedometer are retained with the car.
The car is complete with a replacement service book, the original handbook, and a leather wallet. A large file of past invoices and test certificates from both Holland and the UK is also included.
