Datsun 240Z COUPE 2-Door

First registered on the 1st of November 1971, and delivered as a 240Z Throughout it's life it has been completely transformed into an incredibly capable rally car. Fully rebodied with a Californian 260Z shell in 2010, which is renowned to be much stronger than the 240Z. Full engine rebuild in 2019, along with a full re-wire. Rolling road stats from the rebuild came out as 179 BHP and 172 LBFT torque 5500 rpm. From 2019 when major works had been completed until present day the car has consistently been maintained. Ahead of coming to us for sale, the current owner gave the car an incredibly comprehensive service, and as a result, has just gone through our inspection with flying colours. The finished result we have for sale is an incredibly competent rally car, and very much ready to embark on its next adventure. A stand out point for us in particular was the 2022 Lima to Capehorn, where the car achieved 2nd overall. An incredibly impressive result and beating a lot of Tuthill 911's too!
