RARE ONE OWNER FROM NEW, just 54,300 MILES and ULEZ compliant Honda Civic Type R EP3 in MILANO RED with factory fitted air conditioning

Now an appreciating classic car, as one of the best hot hatches.

Completely original car with factory fitted air conditioning (don't often find that), original rds stereo radio/cd player, fully colour coded Type R aerodynamic body styling. Electric windows and heated mirrors.

Alloy wheels have been powder coated black but no other changes to original vehicle.

Serviced annually even though low use (used for commute 6 miles a day!).

Never been in road traffic accident. Never had finance on it.

Runs and drives perfectly with no warning lights or issues. Such fun to drive with VTEC kicking in perfectly. Always used super-unleaded fuels.

Interior is fantastic, clean condition, good tread on tyres.

Exterior lacquer peeling but can be remedied

Scuff on underside of body kit and one wheel coating - drivers side

Not been painted so nothing is hidden!

Rare to find this model with just one owner, its not been thrashed, its not been used for track days, very low mileage for age, regularly serviced, still looking and driving amazing, with factory fitted air con (was an extra) and in Milano red!

Reluctant sale, but it's just not driven enough by me, so its time for someone else to enjoy.
