PORSCHE CAYMAN S 3.4 987.1 - Beautiful Example, Fresh MOT 5/3/25, No Advisories

For sale is my beloved 2006 Cayman 987S. I've owned this car since June 2023 and it's given me nothing but utter joy; however, shifting financial priorities means that unfortunately it's time for somebody else to enjoy this glorious machine.

Here’s what you need to know:

- Arctic Silver Metallic with 19" SportDesign wheels - personally I think this spec is about as good as it gets visually for the 987. Highlights include PASM, sports seats, automatic A/C and sports steering wheel.

- It has a full service history with plenty of receipts from the last few years, mainly from Porsche specialists.

- It's just had a fresh MOT on the 5th of March, passing with no advisories (this car has never failed an MOT and I’m proud to have been able to continue that run), as well as an oil and filter change with the correct Mobil 1 0W40 oil.

- Additional work done during my ownership includes new A/C condensers, new brake fluid, new passenger window regulator and a full rear bumper respray. Spark plugs, gearbox oil and drive belt were last changed in May 2023 just before I purchased the car.

- Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres were fitted all around in August 2023 - these are still in excellent condition with plenty of life left.

- It also comes with a Porsche Certificate Of Authenticity, which is a nice addition.

All in all, this is a beautiful example of a brilliant driver's car and I'm gutted to be selling it. The condition of the car speaks for itself - there are a few 987s in the car park at work and mine is frequently complimented on both its spec and condition. The driving experience is magical, these cars have to be driven to be believed and they get under your skin like nothing else. If I was able to keep it forever I really would, as I can't think of a car better suited to having fun on British roads. I'm already missing the Porsche magic driving its replacement every day, and know it will make whoever buys it incredibly happy. Viewings welcome.
