Maserati 3200 V8 GT

This Masa was bought in spring 2022 from a long standing owner in Maidenhead who had a specialist car renovation business and a stable of interesting cars. The previous owner bought the car for 2 reasons;1) I have never had an Italian car despite owning dozens of sports/GT cars over the years2) A group car trip was planned in September 2022 with friends to the French Alps and this seemed a touch different from the M2's, Aston Martin's and Porsche's going. Upon purchase it went to the renowned Grimaldi Engineering for a thorough check and refresh to ensure it was ready. Lots of minor issues resolved totalling around £4,000 and 4 tyres replaced due to the age date of the originals on the car. It was used as a third car all summer and then did a two thousand mile round trip to the alps without a hitch.All across Europe, those who know a "boomerang light" Masa admire it.It was used again as a regular toy in Spring/Summer 2023 but a change of personal circumstances (plus several other cars to be stored/maintained) has seen this put up for sale. In Sept 2023 it had a camshaft sensor and new battery, again, at Grimaldi. I chose the car above others, as the interior was very clean and unmolested, it had the heated memory seats, the exterior was in good condition but usable as a fun car. Common consensus is the automatic gearbox is better suited to this car, its a GT car, not a pure sports car. We hold a comprehensive folder of history to show that it had been well maintained all its life.
