The Concorde, one of the world’s most instantly recognisable aircraft, was engineered and built only a stone’s throw from the Aston Martin Bristol facility. It changed the world in terms of passenger vehicle design and capability, bringing supersonic travel to the general public.

Our admiration and enthusiasm for Concorde was inevitably going to lead to a passion project for the team at Aston Martin Bristol and this car is the result of years of planning and pain-staking attention to detail to create something truly bespoke to commemorate it.

The project was carried out as an official venture between ourselves at Aston Martin Bristol, the specialist Q department at Aston Martin Lagonda as well as British Airways themselves. We wanted to produce a car that could literally evoke the same stirring excitement as stepping aboard Concorde itself – your feet rest on actual carpeting taken from the aircraft and your fingertips touch bespoke metal work forged from actual Concorde components.

Like travelling on Concorde itself, this car was only meant for a lucky, privileged few… only 10 Concorde DBS Superleggera examples were (and ever will be) produced, each bearing the unique tail number of its aircraft counterpart. The unique paint colour, hand-painted accents and interior design, the silhouette side-strakes, the afterburner tail pipes – all inspired by Concorde – make up an incredible tribute to one of the finest accomplishments this country has ever produced.

This car proudly offered for sale is tail number G-BOAC - the second Concorde built and revered as the flagship of the fleet bearing the initials of the “British Overseas Airways Corporation” and was delivered new to its first and only owner in March 2021.

G-BOAC will also come with its original handover accessories from new including the build book, unworn aviation jacket, unused flight luggage matched to the car and bespoke cover.

The new custodian of the ‘G-BOAC’ will also inherit access to an exclusive handover experience at Aerospace Bristol with intimate access to the Concorde aircraft itself.
