This is one of the best looking of all Porsche. So good is this car generally that following our discovery of an engine oil leak we decided to get the engine fully rebuilt by specialists AMS Porsche Ltd. Some weeks later and after payment of £10,000 (Hartech liner and pistons), it is now mechanically sound and a contender for the best Carrera 4s in the market. We have covered the ‘running in’ mileage of 500 miles, and she really is a joy to drive and sounds amazing compared to the later Porsches.
