Overview

Sometimes you just need a twin-turbo V6 in your life. And that’s okay, because you can have one. Specifically an all-wheel drive Nissan GT-R, which will satisfy your need. It provides plenty of performance, and even more since this specific example has been tuned by Litchfield.

Back in 2013 it was sent to the Litchfield Imports workshop, and received their Stage 4 tuning package, which includes beefier fuel injectors to keep the engine well stoked, along with an improved air intake system and remapped ECU. Litchfield says that this package takes power from the standard 487 bhp up to 640 bhp, which is quite an achievement. A Litchfield anti-roll bar kit was installed at the same time. 

So clearly this car is built to be driven and enjoyed, although it remains a relatively low-mileage example. This is reflected in its well-preserved paintwork and interior. Understated metallic grey paintwork is accented by the rear wing and sizeable exhaust pipes, while the black leather upholstery provides a luxurious driving experience. Plenty of information and data can be shown in real time on the dashboard screen, when you’re not focusing on the enormous rev counter. for that perfectly timed gear change. 

So if you’re looking for a well maintained and nicely upgraded example of a GT-R, then this particular car has a lot to offer. And it’s smart enough to drive to work, too.

Summary

Combining twin-turbocharged V6 performance, with even more tuning and upgrades, this GT-R is even better than when it left the factory. As a driving experience, there’s nothing else quite like it and this looks a fantastic example.
