Overview

The S2000 flies the flag for Honda in the world of small two-seater Japanese sportscars. When it was released it had the highest power output per litre of any naturally aspirated engine on the market, along with a tantalising 9,000 rpm redline.

Honda introduced a few handling improvements with the facelift model seen here, including tuned suspension and chassis modifications, as well as slightly different bumpers. The tried-and-tested engine remained the same, and was still fabulously fun to play with.

The example offered here is distinguished by the fact that it is being sold by its only ever owner. Since purchasing the car new in 2007, they have driven it sparingly, with the odometer still showing under 19,000 miles.

It therefore remains in very good condition, with hardly any wear to be seen on the two-tone black and red interior. The car sports a brand new mohair roof, and retains a deep shine to its black paintwork.

This car in almost-new condition offers a rare opportunity to get behind the wheel like it's 2007 all over again. It comes with plenty of paperwork and a long MOT, ready for you to explore the limits of that naturally aspirated VTEC engine and 50:50 weight distribution.
